Shopping with Bella Garnett

These terms apply to your use of bellagarnett.com and purchases directly from Bella Garnett. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to Bella Garnett. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform used to sell our products.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Eligibility & account details

You must be of legal age to enter a purchase contract where you live, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information, and keep your account credentials secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Products, materials & availability

Read the description, material information, measurements, care instructions and available options for the specific item you select. A product name or photograph does not replace those details. Jewelry dimensions and natural details such as pearls or shell may vary slightly, and screens can display colors differently. These variations do not excuse an item that is materially different from its description or defective.

Products and variants are subject to availability. We may update or discontinue an item. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund for an item we cannot fulfill.

Prices & payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store or checkout. Taxes and shipping, where applicable, are disclosed before you complete your order. The total shown at payment is the amount you authorize.

Prices may change for future orders. A later price change does not alter an accepted order. If we discover a material pricing or product-information error affecting an order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected purchase where permitted by law; we will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Orders & cancellations

After you place an order, we send an order acknowledgment to the email you provide. That acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order. We may need to verify payment, address details or availability before fulfillment.

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change. We will try to help before dispatch; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. We may decline or cancel an order for a reasonable reason, such as unavailable stock, failed payment or suspected fraud, subject to applicable law. If a payment has been taken for an order we cancel, we will refund it.

Offers & buy 2, get 1 free

For our buy 2, get 1 free offer, add three eligible jewelry items to your bag. The lowest-priced eligible item is free. For each qualifying group of three, one lowest-priced eligible item is deducted. All pieces must be added to the same order; a free item is not added automatically.

A set sold as one product counts as one item. Non-jewelry items are excluded. Buy 2, get 1 free combines with our automatic free standard shipping offer on any 2 or more items. A set sold as one product counts as one item for both offers. Other product, order or shipping discount codes do not combine unless explicitly stated.

Promotions have no independent cash value. Refunds for promotional purchases reflect the price actually paid and the applicable discount allocation, as explained in our refund policy. Offer changes apply to future purchases and do not remove rights on an accepted order.

Shipping, returns & warranties

Our shipping policy explains destinations, rates and delivery support. Our refund policy sets out the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, exclusions, damaged-item remedies and refund timing.

Jewelry purchased directly from Bella Garnett includes the limited lifetime color and 1-year hardware warranties, subject to their stated coverage and exclusions. These warranties provide remedies for qualifying failures; they do not mean every material or surface is immune to wear or damage.

Using our website

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, use stolen payment information or submit fraudulent orders or claims. We may restrict misuse while respecting rights attached to legitimate purchases.

Our branding, text, designs and other site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping and share links to our pages. Other copying or commercial use requires permission unless allowed by law.

Privacy & third-party services

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled, including information processed by Shopify and service providers. Third-party websites linked from this site have their own policies. A link does not make us responsible for every aspect of a third-party service.

Responsibility & consumer rights

We take reasonable care to maintain accurate information and a functioning store, but access may occasionally be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses unrelated to a breach by us or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase was made.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods and applicable statutory cancellation rights remain available. Any dispute is subject to applicable law, including mandatory protections available in your place of residence.
