Lifetime Color & 1-Year Hardware Warranty

These limited warranties apply to every jewelry style purchased directly from Bella Garnett. Packaging, gift boxes and gift cards are not jewelry and are not covered. Purchases from resellers, marketplaces or other third parties are excluded. Verifiable purchase information is required.

Effective October 16, 2026. Orders placed earlier remain governed by the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Lifetime color coverage

We cover genuine, visible loss of plated color caused by finish failure during normal intended wear, for as long as the original purchaser owns the piece. A documented gift recipient may claim using the original Bella Garnett order number. Coverage is otherwise non-transferable and does not extend to resold items.

Normal contact with shower water, sweat, pool water or sea water does not by itself void this coverage. Product-specific care instructions for pearls, shells, enamel, stones, glued settings and other details still apply. This warranty provides a remedy for qualifying finish failure; it does not promise that every surface will stay visually unchanged.

One year of hardware coverage

For 12 months from delivery, we cover failure of a clasp, closure or connecting hardware during normal wear. This includes lobster clasps, spring rings, jump rings, box clasps, hinges, and earring posts or butterfly backs that fail on their own, rather than through accident or force. The lifetime color warranty continues after hardware coverage ends.

What the warranties exclude

Coverage excludes scratches, surface marks, ordinary wear, removable darkening, hidden uncoated assembly areas, breakage other than qualifying hardware failure, bending, dents, impact damage, stone loss, loss, theft, accidents, misuse and non-metal decorative details. Damage from concentrated chemicals, bleach, undiluted pool or spa chemicals, jewelry cleaner or perfume sprayed directly on the piece is excluded, as are engraving, alteration and third-party repair.

How to claim

Email info@bellagarnett.com with your order number, product name, a short description and clear photos. Keep the piece unless we provide return instructions.

For an approved claim, Bella Garnett will choose a replacement of the same or a comparable piece, or store credit up to the original item price paid. Standard outbound replacement shipping is included. Duties, taxes and any cost of sending an item to us are excluded unless required by law or confirmed by us in writing. Cash refunds are governed by the satisfaction and refund terms on this page.

Your rights

These limited warranties give you specific legal rights. You may also have rights that vary by state or country. They do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Returns, defective-item remedies and cash refunds are governed by our returns and refunds policy.
